The objective of this workgroup is to collaborate with state researchers to develop a tool for measuring the fidelity, or faithfulness in implementation, of benefits counseling services. The group discusses the process of fidelity measurement, along with core elements of benefits counseling and practical strategies for measurement. MIG-RATS staff facilitate the discussions, support and assist the group in accessing information, and take a central role in developing the fidelity measurement tool. However, specific content and measurement strategies will be based on the goals of state participants.
The benefits counseling fidelity measurement workgroup meets via teleconference approximately every six weeks. Meeting notes and workgroup products are posted below. The workgroup is available to all interested MIG staff.
To find the next scheduled meeting of the workgroup, check the calendar or contact MIG-RATS staff.
