Youth in Transition Research Workgroup Back to Activities List

The objective of this workgroup is to coordinate state researchers in their efforts to conduct research with youth in transtion.  The group discusses possible prior research on youth in transition, possible data sources or data collection strategies, and special issues related to conducting research with youth.  MIG-RATS staff facilitate the discussions, support and assist the group in accessing information, and develop tools that can be used in future research.  However, the focus and direction of research efforts are based on the goals of state participants. Prior to launching the workgroup, MIG-RATS administered a survey to collect some background information about state interests.

The youth in transtion (YiT) workgroup meets via teleconference. Meeting notes and workgroup products are posted below.  The workgroup is available to all interested MIG staff.  To find the next scheduled meeting of the workgroup, check the calendar or contact Anne Reither at areither@gmail.com.
