Welcome to the MIG-RATS homepage!  The MIG-RATS provide resources and support to the ongoing research activities of the Medicaid Infrastructure Grants (MIGs).  The central feature of the MIGs is to support employment for people with disabilities.  Our research efforts focus on employment, disability, and related services.  This website is designed to help you find useful research reports and resources, learn about current MIG-RATS activities and initiatives, and connect with fellow MIG reseachers.

The 2009 state level tables on SSI recipients who work have been added to the MIG-RATS workspace. These tables mirror the national reports on working SSI recipients, but provide additional breakdowns for each state. 

 

A new addition to the Resources section of our website is ICI's National Report on Employment Services and Outcomes (updated with 2009 data). The book provides national and state level statistics spanning a twenty-year period. Its sources include several data sets that address the status of employment and economic self-sufficiency for individuals with ID/DD.
